Best times to go?

Hi!

I have a spinal injury and confined to a wheelchair. Are there specific times or days of the week during July period that the theme parks are less congested?

My suggestions for a quieter trip:

If you get into the parks first thing in the morning it tends to be quieter, getting busier by around 11ish.
I think AK tends to be quieter in the afternoon, but I've found the animals tend to be less visible then as well.
Fast Passes are a joy, especially during the busier periods.
If you're staying on Disney property, you can use Extra Magic Hours to go into the parks an hour before opening/ stay in them up to three hours after closing.
A lot of rides also get a bit quieter during parade and firework times.

A lot of people on these forums recommend Tour Guide Mike for getting around the crowds, but I've never tried it myself.
