BEST TIME TO VISIT FLOWER AND GARDEN FESTIVAL?

I read on a website that they change out the winter flowers to spring flowers during the festival. I was wondering what month the flowers would be the most vibrant(e.g. early March, late March, early April, late April, early May or it really doesn't matter)?

I've never heard of them switching out the flowers, however, I found a blog post on allears.net that described the topiaries of Anna and Elsa being in a setting of winter and summer flowers because the scene is from the end of the movie when Elsa realizes how to make everything right again. Maybe that's what you read?

I also heard they replant the gardens at some point. I can't remember where I read it though, or anything else about it.

Changing out the bedding plants is done seasonally at Epcot. They switch them out for plants more suited to that seasons climatic conditions. They are all bright and vibrant. Just different types. But we've always preferred the last week of April to the first week of May. The trees are in full leaf. The roses look gorgeous, and the summer heat and humidity haven't set in.

If we're in Epcot 2 days after F&G ends, will anything still be up for us to see? I'm sad we're missing it by only a couple of days, but our schedule wouldn't allow us to visit sooner

We went yesterday. The Anna and Elsa display is nice. There seems to be less booths than last year.:(

We are going the last week of April and from the replies so far it seems to be a great time to go. Cannot wait to see it lit up at nighttime.
