Best time to travel

Hi

Looking at travelling to WD from the UK in May 2015 with our 2 children 7 and 11 for there Birthdays , what are the best dates to travel in May if any?

Would consider June ?

My son turns 12 on may 22nd does this mean he needs to pay adult prices for tickets?

My opinion is: the earlier in May the better.

Better chance that it won't be so hot yet.

Fewer kids (if any) who have finished the school year and are on summer break.

May is less crowded than June. If you can go any week before the last week in May crowds are less. May 25 is Memorial day here in the US which brings extra crowds for the holiday, plus alot of schools are out the last week in May. Dont get me wrong though because we went the last week in May this year and the crowds were not to bad but they are a lot less before that week.
10 years and up have to pay adult prices

I've been in May, June,September and October. I don't recommend June it's hot crowded and it rained every day. We went in May over Mothers Day weekend weather and crowds were great. Good luck with your planning!
