best time to go

I am trying to plan a trip for either Feb MArch or April when is the best time to go as far as crowds are concerned?

Disney is always crowded. But if you go FEB the first 2 weeks seem to be the least crowded.

March and April run into Easter break and spring breaks. I agree that February should be the least crowded.
