Best time to go to WDW in Nov.

Hello, we are considering a WDW trip for my daughter's B-Day next Nov. We always go in May and Sept. We have never been in Nov. We would like to go right before Thanksgiving (the week before Thanksgiving actually) because her birthday is around this time. Are the parks busy a week or so before Thanksgiving? We don't like the hassle of fighting the crowds and try to plan our trips during less busy times. Thanks in advance for any info! Also, when do they decorate the park for the holidays?

The holiday decorations will be up by then as well as MVMCP at the MK and the Osbourne lights at MGM. We have gone twice in the beginning of May and Nov, week before Thanksgiving is much less crowded. The weather will be cooler than May, but still swimming weather.
