Best time to eat?

I'm getting ready to make my 8 table service reservations, but I'm not sure what the ideal time to eat would be. Last year, we booked everything between 5 & 6 and that was a bit too early for us, as we were still full from lunch. If we book ressies around 7 would we be missing out on the end of the night festivities at the parks?!

My first response when I read the title was "when your hungry".

After reading your question - we ususally do the 5-6 so the wait is not as long since they are mainly opening around that time. Breakfast is usually more of a lite/snack breakfast and lunch is eaten around 11-11:30.
As for eating at 7 and missing evening activities it would all depend on what time the parks close those days and where you were eating.
