Best Time to Eat Without PS

We plan to do PS for a couple places. Ohana and RFC but we would mostly like to just choose as we go on most days. That said, when is the best time to eat if you don't have PS? 4:00?? thanks to those who respond.

We got seated right away at RFC in AK at about 11:00 am. (Were there for lunch.) Had PS for Prime Time Cafe, but when we walked past at about 2:00, the place was practically empty and we decided to cancel the PS and have lunch there instead. We don't like being "tied" to the PS, so we try to eat at off hours.

Breakfast and lunch are usually easy to get a table as long as you are not going to a character meal. But, if you plan on a dinner, I would try to either get a very early seating or a very late seating. You could always fiigure out your dinner restaurant in the morning and hop over to that restaurant in the day to get a PS.
