Best time to book Pirate's League on a 4 night?

My girls are wanting to do the Pirate's League on our upcoming Dream cruise which also happens to be our CC day. Obviously we don't want to cut our beach time short, but we also have early dinner and the girls will definitely need showers after a day on CC. What's the sweet spot for this? I'm thinking around 5 pm if I can get it. How long does the Pirate's League take? How late would be too late as far as pushing it for dinner goes?
