Best Time of Year to Visit Disneyland Paris

Looking for suggestions on the best time of the year to visit Disneyland Paris?

Tough question Christmas and Halloween are both great events but park is on reduced hours outwith the summer. Normally 10.00 - 8.00pm. Summer weather much better with longer hours and fireworks (9.00 - 11.00pm).

Will you be combining a visit to DLP with a longer break to Paris and/or Europe ?

We love Christmas at DLP: late November, early December was lovely and quiet but you do have to wrap up warm. September was also pretty quiet and warm but nowhere near as much entertainment. We've also been in February which was the quietest but it was absolutely freezing!

Hi Tom and Diana, my favourite season is Christmas because it is so magical and the decorations are fabulous and it's cold, something which we over here always associate with Christmas! Much colder than you will be used to in Orlando!

I think April/May is a lovely time of year to visit. The weather can never be guaranteed but hopefully it will be very pleasant.

I had to laugh reading my previous post on this thread ~ our most recent trip was for Halloween and that now supercedes Christmas for me!

For a special season, I love Halloween because of the shows, characters, entertainment...And the Halloween party, it's so fun! But Christmas is also wonderful, it's the most magic season! Lots of lights, magic shows, Santa Claus...
If you wan to do lots of attractions and to have no queues, you think you must go in January or February.

I also prefer the warmer time of the year. But I try to avoid the summer month which are very crowded. We prefer end of May until mid June.
