Does anyone know a time of day I can call WDW about my reservation when I *won't* be on hold for over 1/2 hour? I have wasted over an hour and a half today..literally..on hold and no one ever answers the phone.
I usually call mid-morning.. time to get over the early morning rush and before people are on their lunch break or off work. I have never been on hold longer than a few minutes unless it's the day FD or some other promotion is released.
Mid morning is a good time to call, but since the online system has been down for 2 days now, the call center is on overload. Try again in the morning, you should not have to wait too long if the system is up and running again.
