Best time for Flower and Garden- start- middle-end

All of the photos have finally gotten to me. We usually go every year between October and Christmas but I really would like to do Flower and Garden next year. For those of you who make multiple visits during the event, and Just speaking of the 'flowers and gardens' -when is the best time to go? Beginning, middle, or towards the end? We have been there when they switch out all of the seasonal flowers and everything isn't filled in yet so that would tell me to go from the middle on but wondering about the topiaries after 2 months plus.

Middle might be best for the butterflies, but otherwise I do not think it matters too much. I am going early next year, more to avoid spring break crowds than anything else.

We just got back 4/28 - 5/5 and enjoyed low crowds, lovely weather and the topiaries and flowers were stunningly beautiful at Epcot. We spent 2 days enjoying F&G. I would return this time of year again!

I would avoid spring breaks and easter.

But it's a great time to go.

(If crowds aren't your big concern, you could pick dates based on your favorite musical act...)
