Hi all! We are first time cruisers fast approaching our booking window. I'm looking to book a dinner at Palo for myself and my husband and was wondering what time would be best to do so? We'll be sailing the Wonder in December on a Bahamian cruise.

Thanks in advance! You guys are really helpful :)

As a newbie cruiser on a short cruise, the available times will be limited. Take what you can get. If you can't book one ahead of time, go as soon as you get onboard. Good luck!

We are very fortunate to be sailing concierge so I do have some leeway in my dining choice. I know it's not guaranteed but I was told by concierge staff I could request a particular time.

Sunset will be around 530 that time of year, so I don't know that there's a big benefit to dining early. If you're planning to see the show that evening, I probably recommend a reservation for 730 or after.

We usually book relatively early on Pirate night. That's our least favorite menu and we're able to see fireworks. So 6:30 is the latest for us.
