Just an FYI - Cruise Planners is a franchise operation with about 400 or so offices nationwide, each independently owned and operated - Dana at *********** is just one of those offices, like your local Dominos pizza, except on the web, with apparently very good service for most of you.

I have recently used Russ with Cruise Planners of PA...he is a great guy and saved us over $800 on a RCCL 7 day cruise....I highly recommend atleast a call!!!!!!!!

We just booked our second cruise through DU and cannot say enough good things about them. Service is always prompt and friendly. As for the price, they have consistently always been the lowest for me.

I just transfered our reservation to Debi at DU. We had rebooked onboard last July for a June '06 7 day. We changed it this week to a 7 day Eastern for March 3, 2007. We get to still have our 10% discount, keep our $200.00 onboard credit and then get a $150.00 rebate from DU!

ETA- Just viewed our reservation online with DU and we actually got a $200.00 rebate!
