Can anyone suggest a good (non-orange, relatively budget-friendly, non-staining for clothes) sunless tanning lotion for fair skin?

TIA

I've used this one before.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0..._m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1N8VDXHC7AZK1P85ER2D

It actually works really well, and because it doesn't have any color, it won't stain clothing or bedding.

It sprays on clear, and the formula basically brings the melanin to the top layer of skin, creating a REAL tan without going out in the sun or to the tanning place.

It's awesome. I buy mine at Target and the bottle lasts over a week.

Can you spray it inside and not get it all over your house?

This one I use called "Fake Bake Flawless" works well! It comes with a mitt and it makes the application really even. On amazon its like $17 and it lasts a long time!

best one i have used out of sephora, loreal, banana boat, and loreal tanning towelettes is Sephora brand by far. Great smell, brown color instead of orange and not blotchy... its $15 though...

OP here. These are all sprays...I guess I had a lotion in my head, but these intrigue me. Do these sprays work better overall?

I have tried a few lotions years ago, just didnt care for the color/or drying time/streaking... maybe they are better nowadays. I love the sprays, after shower spray and then its dry, only reapply every few days and exfoliate when it starts to look too built up/blotchy

A friend uses Kiehl's and her results were gorgeous. So realistic, very subtle sun kissed color.

I use it standing in the tub with the bathroom fan on. It is a clear spray, but feels kind of oily for the first few minutes, and is really slippery on the floor.

I tried Banana Boat Summer Color "deep dark" lotion yesterday. It works really well, but the lotion itself is brown and can stain your hands.

I use Estee Lauder's sunless tanner. Smells good, goes on evenly, looks great. I put it on wearing rubber gloves so I don't get weird looking palms. I think it's around $25.

I used Jergens Natural Glow last year on my legs and was very pleased... but I felt kind of weird because my legs were a different color than the rest of me!

Do you all apply sunless tanner EVERYWHERE? What about the face, or back?

I also love Jergen's natural glow. It is great because it is gradual. You just put it on like you would a normal lotion. It has been a little streaky when I didn't rub it in enough, but only for a day or so. No stains or anything.

Clarin its lightweight and non-oily it comes in a gel they also carry sprays and creams with a natural, golden tan for face and body it's instantly absorbed, so there's no need to wait before dressing, with results in just two hours

I use this during year when I'm not tan (I have olive skin and look yellow when I don't have a tan, I'm only tan when I go on vacation, lol). It's a lotion that builds up over time. I know people who use it on a daily basis as their lotion. I can't because I get too dark. I use it about every 2-3 weeks.

I adore the Bare Escentuals stuff, it smells great and after 2 uses I see a noticeable difference. I'll put it on at night and let it dry before putting on my PJ. After a week of using it i have a very nice glow that's natural looking. Almost like I sat in the sun for an hour or two. they even have one that has sparkles in it for when you want to be super shiny ;)

OK, St Tropez users.....how often do you reapply and how long does the bottle last you, generally? I'm thinking of giving it a try instead of my usual Estee Lauder (if it's as good as you say, why not?)

Just be aware that if you will be in the water alot you might streak. Or maybe the sprays avoid that. I used a lotion and got great color only to finding streaking at a water park. Live and Learn:laughing:

Best. Tanner. Ever.

Not the most budget, but the best.

Definately agree I have been using the St. Tropez Mousse with the mit, I purchased from QVC. 8 oz. $40ish I apply one to two times a week love its the best that I have found :thumbsup2:thumbsup2
