Best Summertime Icy Cold Treats?

I like the classic frozen Fanta slushies from Edelweiss snacks. Those things will chill your core FAST. My fave is blue raspberry.

Second place goes to the Pixar Parfait at Adorable Snowman. Points deducted for being forced to be cooked by the sun in the perpetually long line.

I can't really do ice cream or anything when its REALLY HOT. It makes me far too thirsty afterwards.

OMG, I LOVE slushies. I just checked the menu and they have CHERRY! Thanks so much for this. I'm not one for 'milk based' things when I want to cool down, but a slushy is just right!!!

Stopped in at Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff in DCA last week. Haven't been in there in FOREVER! They have several slushies available in there. All kinds of funky combos. I picked up the Slow Burn which is Fanta cherry, mellow yellow and a pump of habanero lime syrup. They top it with mango pearls. I love sweet and spicy, so this is a fun mix. No real burn. I had it when they first opened, so it was fun to try it again.

Yes, they do serve them all year round! There are always all kinds of fun seasonal cold drink options too... Halloween and Christmas come to mind. Galactic Grill had a frozen peppermint mochas that was delicious for the Holidays. Scmoozies always rotates in seasonal shakes...the Mint Julep bar has a seasonal mint julep option too. Etc, etc.

This makes me think of the hard floats they offer at Clarabelles. It's usually hard cider or soda with an ice cream or sorbet float, but they also have stout beer you can add an ice cream bar to.

There is one now that is pineapple hard cider with mango sorbet and toasted coconut. It's on my list!

My favorite combination is the fall/Halloween one that is hard apple cider with a floater of apple sorbet and caramel drizzle. It's SO good!

To answer the OP's question: Phattro (it's a peach arnold palmer at Docking Bay 7), Mint Julip, Dole Whip, I like the classic Mickey bar, and one of my friends loves the frozen Olaf bar (strawberry lemonade).

They are both on there. On the app, click the order food button or view menu. The lime slush is under seasonal offerings and the POG under Late Night Dinner Offerings.

The Jungle Julep is fruity slush with a sweet-and-tart combo of pineapple, orange, lemon, and grape flavors. It’s all pretty well balanced out, so nothing over whelms the other.

I love the Red Apple Freeze! I want to say that was out in Fall LY and hopefully it will come back again in Sept.
