Best stroller for an extremely tall toddler?

My DS is 2.5 and he is already over 40 inches tall and is outgrowing our stroller. We hardly ever use a stroller anymore, but I know we are going to want something to use at WDW. I would like to get something that will last until we are completely done using strollers. DS weighs 30 pounds - he is tall and skinny. I want to spend less than $200.
