Best strategy for Jedi training signup

We have dinning reservations at HS at 9:10 the park opens at 9:00 and I am assuming the Jedi training sign up starts at 9:00. First will we be let into the park any earlier with dinning reservations? How long does it take to sign up? Any suggestions?

We bolted straight there when they let us in. You should be outta there in time the sign up is quick just depends how many people beat you there. If your res is at H&v the sign up is literally right next to it. You should be fine

We arrived to HS on 8/28 at around 825, got on line and were let in with everyone else around 845. We walked straight to Jedi training sign-up. We were probably 15th or so on line. It goes quickly, as they have 4-5 CMs to handle guests. We were done well before park opening.
