Best Steam Mop?

QVC has the Haan on sale right now. My worry is how often do the pads need replacing? Could end up being very costly.

I've had mine for 8 months and haven't replaced pads yet. You just throw them in the wash afetr you are done and they slean beutifully. I think the reason they would need to be replaces is becasue of the velcro on the botton that holds the pad to the steamer.

I LOVE my Haan - it is fabulous and leaves little water on the floor after - my kitchen is usually dry by the time I begin on the dining room

How do the steam mops work on laminate? I have dark laminate flooring in my living room and no matter what I use to clean them, I have terrible streaks. Drives me crazy!

I LOVE my steam mop on my Pergo laminate. I have 600 sq ft and it has never looked better. No streaks, super clean, no damage.

Looks like there's two Haan models on QVC. The more expensive one must be new, because there's only two recent reviews. Anyone have the more expensive one? There's only two reviews, but those two seem more positive than with the other model.

Which model do you have?? Is the cord long enough to do several room?
