best steakhouse?

hi people what would you all say was the best steakhouse? we been to outback steakhouse, wild jacks, and also steaks at planet and hard rock and nba city and a few others but whats the best in all your opinion?

We've had some great steaks at Black angus, kona cafe (poly) and our new favourite is Logans! mmmmm we ate here for the first time in Jan and ate there 3 times in total this is our first meal when we go back.

We like the Outback mostly because we can get take out and head back to the villa, I also love a cool relaxing drink at the bar.

There are probably better restaurants, but Joshua hates dining out so we are kind of restricted.

I'd have put in a huge vote for the Concourse Steak House - but i think it's no longer there!!

Yep, I'll vote for Charley's too. Monstrous steaks but expect to pay $100+ for a meal for two.

another vote for Charley's, but we also like the Outback and Logans for not such an expensive meal!

we love logans and have been going there since 2001 we love the fact you spill your drink on the floor and they tip peanut shells over the top of it .

Another vote for Logan's here - we always go there. That said it's not super posh or anything, very casual, but that's what I like about it. For more upmarket steak there's always Ruth's Chris or Morton's.

I haven't been to Outback Steakhouse in Orlando, but only because we have one very close to where we live over here, and, typical of the UK, when it opened it was great, just like you'd imagine it to be in the US (despite it being 'Australian'), but in the 5 or so years it's been there the prices have gone up, the portions have got smaller and the quality has deteriorated.
You used to get that nice bread, and a salad all included with your main course, and now it's more expensive and the bread and salad are extra.
Last time I went I had to send my 'medium' steak back as it looked like it had been cooked for about a week...

I love looking at the 'meat room' on the way in!

I will concede that outback is great however i do have issues will the chef's and there interpretation of 'medium'. It wasn't even rare! I would compare it to a rare steak on the continent ie. BLUE! Always ask for your steak 'outback style' which is the closest they do to medium!

Logan's is great too and i definately enjoy the spit and sawdust ambiance. Proper food too. BUT AS I SAID IN THE FIRST SENTENCE.......YACHTMAS STEAKHOUSE RULES!

Eaten at a few steakhouses, and I must to being unimpressed by Outback.
Yachtsmans is really nice, as is Shulas (albeit not cheap) but my out and out favourite is Old Hickory at Gaylord Palms (Gaylord Palms). For me, the best steaks I've eaten and a wonderful setting.

We've also eaten at Capital Grille at The Pointe a couple of times, and it is fantastic and the steaks are unreal - Capital Grille and it is a stones throw from the Tommy Bahama Cafe - nice clothes, nice food and drink, what more could you want? The Palm at Hard Rock Hotel is also really good, but it has been a vew years since we last ate there.

Been nearly 8 years since I last visited Florida so I dont really remember much, I know we went to Outback, Hard Rock and Planet Hollywood but cant remember how good they were.

Just been looking on the Logans Roadhouse website and the menu looks to die for! My mouth was watering just reading it!

Think Logans will be one place we will be visiting when we go!
