Best standard rooms at BWV

Hi! Starting to plan!! Last time I was at BWV. I got a room I swear, was 2 blocks from the elevators!! What rooms would you recommend? Thanks

The best standard view we've had was a 1BR that faced the Swan. Very nice very of the canel and the boats... One night we were treated to a special fireworks show taking place at MGM. Beats a parking lot view any day. I actually called the lobby to confirm we weren't upgraded.

Sorry I don't remember the room number (I never seem to remember my room number). As far as the distance to the elevators, it was quite a hike. However, the stairs were right there... giving us quick access down to the MGM path, the pool, Dolphin boat dock, and an easy walk to Fantasia Gardens.

It will be interesting to see if these rooms are still classified as SV, now that the sales office support building that was partially blocking the water view from rooms in this area has been removed. We stayed in one of these rooms a couple of years ago and also confirmed that they were SV. The location where the support building has been removed is being re-landscaped and would certainly seem to qualify as a water/garden view in the PV category.

I think the best standard views are across from the bus stop on the 3rd or 4th floor. You get a great view of Illuminations (the fireworks), you can even clearly hear the music. When they had Tapestry of Dreams, we could even faintly hear that music. We had 4103 as a 1 bedroom, it was great. Not too far from the elevators, in the second group of rooms. Also, the 1 bedrooms on the corner above the fountain are good, they are larger, the room #'s there are 3123 and 4123 (2123 is smoking, there is no 1123). Those are far from the elevator but there are steps that come out right near the driveway. We were in 3123, we had a view of both Illuminations and Fantasmic fireworks.
