Best Signature with Small Children?

We will be at the World next September with 2 small children. Let me preface my question by saying that we were there this past September, and did some very good meals, but all were "kid friendly." Our children are used to eating in restaurants and will sit quietly or talk softly while waiting on dinner. They will be 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 next September.

My question is. . . we want to try a Signature restaurant. Our top 3 choices are Jiko, Narcossee, and Citrico's. Which one of these is most "child friendly" i.e. you've seen smaller children dining there before?

Thanks for your help!

Well behaved children are welcome at all of these places. Just know that the meals are fine dining and paced leisurely as all fine dining is. The later you dine, the more adult the atmosphere will be.

Out of these 3 I would say Narcoosees is noisiest and therefore easier to handle with children and Jiko is the most adult of the 3. We have dined at all 3 on multiple occasions, I've never seen a child at Jiko (we do dine late to avoid the family crowds).

Narcoosess, sitting on the water, would also provide the most enjoyment for your children as far as a view.

We ate at Narcoosee's and the Yachtman's Steak House with our kids in September. They are 2.5 and 4.5 and were fine at both. We did get ask for a window seat at Narcoosee's and they had a great time watching the castle change colors and the fireworks while we were eating.

We eaten at all three and our order of kid-friendly from most to least is:

Narcoossees
Jiko
Citricos

Our kids were the only one at Citricos but I think it is still a fine place to take them. The service was just a bit more formal there.

Jiko is our absolute favorite for food but those three restaurants are our top choices at WDW.

We ate at Narcoosees, Jiko, and Cali Grill with our children this past Sept. There were many other children at all three. If you can time Narcoosees and/or Cali Grill with the fireworks it is really great. We loved Narcoosees food the best.

California Grill has been my little brother's favorite restaurant since he was about 4.

Of the ones on your list though, I'd either go for Narcoosee's or Jiko. The AKL is a very cool place for kids to visit.

We have been taking our kids (I have twins, which sometimes adds to the confusion) since they were a bit under 3. I can not eat at buffets over and over -- so we usually eat most of our dinners at the signature or nicer restaurants. As has been said, all of them are very accommodating to children. I also agree that Narcoossee's is probably the "loudest" and where we took them at their youngest. However, I personally like Cali Grill and Flying Fish the best of them all, and are the ones we go to with frequency. Most will bring the kid food sooner, and their dessert with the adult meal.
