Best signature restaurant?

The only signature restaurant I've eaten at before is the California Grill which me and DH loved and intend to go back

I am determined to go to Artist Point

and I had thought that I would be content with those two signature meals on our trip

but I had been thinking of going to jiko but have now realised that is signature as well

which signature restaurant do people think is the best?

Jiko is currently the critics favorite and has overwhelming support here on the DIS. Their loss of the Monkfish (their signature) has hurt them, IMO. But virtually everything we've had has been superb.

The Cal. Grill is probably still the mainstay but I think the location has as much to do with their popularity, although their food is certainly second to none. They have sushi which sets them apart.

Artist Point is wonderful especially if you're a fan of the Cedar Plank Salmon or the Buffalo steak (which I am) and their Smokey Portobello Soup is UNBELIEVABLE, and I don't like soup!

Flying Fish is equal to all of the above and maybe my personal favorite as you can get the absolute best individual steak (not Buffalo steak, as I like to differentiate) on WDW property (IMO) or go with seafood. I always get whatever comes with their risotto (unbeatable).

Citrico's is an undoubtedly great restaurant that I have not eaten at so no judgement will be passed here other than reviews are almost always stellar.

I'm sure opinions on which is best will ultimately touch all of them though.

Without a doubt Jiko's is best. We thought the food at CG VERY mediocre and service downright awful.

I love Artist Point and Flying Fish. Both have good food and service.

Well-they are all pretty good--but JIko is my personal favorite.

We like CA Grill better than JIKO.
