Hi
Sorry for the late reply, I just got back from
Disneyland Paris today and saw your question.
Instead of hiring a shuttle service I would really really recommend using the TGV train service to CDG.
This was my first time to DLP with hubby and kids of 5 and 2 in tow so on the way out used the bus transfer from CDG to my hotel, The Kyriad (which is right next door to the Holiday Inn). I had no complaints about the service, but it does take quite some time and as I had to check in at 8.40 this morning for my 10.40 flight, I was really concerned about using the bus service in case rush hour traffic interfered with the transfer.
Yesterday I popped into the train station and booked my ticket on the TGV to CDG, it cost 29 Euros for the whole family.
Bus transfers to the station at Disneyland started this morning at 6.15 and had regular transfers early on. I got the bus transfer from the hotel at 7.47 this morning and was at the train station for 7.57, which gave me plenty of time to get down onto the right platform for the train. Train arrived at 8.12 (seats were reserved for us) and I was at CDG by 8.21 this morning (WOW, super super fast).
The train gets into terminal 2 and I had to check into terminal 3 for my flight. Got the shuttle train between the terminals and must admit it was a little confusing with the signage but had no problems getting to terminal 3 and all in all it took us about 10 mins to get between the 2. However I would point out that anyone who has problems with walking may struggle a little.
I checked in at the airport for my flight at 8.45. not bad going to be at the airport from the hotel door in just under an hour.
It worked really well for us even with 2 young kids in tow.
