Best Shrimp Dish

I have just been eating seafood for a few years...misdiagnosed seafood allergy.

One of my favorite things is shrimp! What is your favorite shrimp dish on property?

(The only thing I have had thus far was the shrimp appetizer @ Kona.)

Olivia's at OKW has a really good shrimp & grits dish. I enjoyed it just a couple of weeks ago. One of the best meals we had all week.
