Best shops for souvenirs?

Are there any shops at Universal that are similar in scope to the World of Disney? Also, which of the shops that sell things related to the rides do you like? And most importantly, is there a good place to buy Marvel stuff?

The Marvel Alteruniverse Shop on MSHI in IOA has some nice Marvel stuff. There's the main gift shop in the Port of Entry that has a little bit of something from every shop in IOA. Also, Citywalk has a big Universal Studios Store.

the Universal Store in Citywalk is NOT owned by Universal so they push the edge of the envelope with some of the merchandise.

each ride has it's own gift shop area that has just a bit more than the main store at Port of Entry. worth a visit to each

The Universal Store at Universal Studios and Island Trader Store at Islands of Adventure.

There are a lot of shops in Marvel Super Hero Island to buy Marvel stuff.

If you're looking for something that doesn't scream "bought in a theme park," check out the bazaar area in IOA's Lost Continent (near the Sinbad Show and the Mystical Fountain).

There are some talented artisans at work there offering some one-of-a-kind gifts and jewelry.

Oh, and do talk to the Mystical Fountain. Don't be afraid to get close.

The Universal Store at CityWalk IS currently owned and operated by Universal. It was run by Spencers until about 6 months ago, when Universal took over.
