Best Salads on WDW Property? (Parks/Hotels/DS)

I was listening to the Disney Dining Podcast this morning, and they were talking about a salad at Splitsville as being the best salad in Disney World. It was the Southern Goddess Salad.

Oooh, I’m a meal salad freak, so I love this thread! Gotta seek out those veggies and fiber in between the ice cream bars and corn dog nuggets.

Bar Riva at Riviera has an excellent Greek Salad (can add Salmon or Shrimp). Primo Piatto (also at Riviera) has a Tuna Niçoise that I have seen highly recommended. Those two share a kitchen so you can usually order from either menu at either place.

Kind of out of left field, but the Winter Harvest Salad at Blizzard Beach’s Warming Hut was delicious and had so much to offer! You can get it with or without chicken. “Grilled Jalapeño Chicken, Grape Tomatoes, Lettuce Blend, Kale, Red Radishes, Rainbow Carrots, Golden Raisins, Quinoa, and Dates served with Pear Vinaigrette.”

Gasparilla Island Grill at the Grand Floridian will make you a fresh salad and you choose all the "stuff" you want in it, they have chicken, steak, and I think shrimp, as add on toppings. And their dressings are all homemade. The CM makes and tosses it for you right there, it's not pre-made. It's huge and delicious! Highly recommend.

Gasparilla Island Grill at the Grand Floridian will make you a fresh salad and you choose all the "stuff" you want in it, they have chicken, steak, and I think shrimp, as add on toppings. And their dressings are all homemade. The CM makes and tosses it for you right there, it's not pre-made. It's huge and delicious! Highly recommend.

This is absolutely the right answer for me personally. Love how much they give and it's all fresh and you choose to put in a lot of what you want to eat AND it's rather inexpensive to boot. Best salad value on campus.

Cobb Salad at BD is my current fave. Wish it had more bacon and avocado, but that with the charcuterie tray and grapefruit cake made for an incredible date night!

I agree concerning the Chinese chicken salad at Rainforest Cafe in Disney Springs-I had it 15 years ago, and every time I go by there, I still remember how delicious it was.

I've had this several times and it is my favorite salad at Disney. Make sure you are hungry though as this is huge and more of a meal. I haven't been able to finish it either time.
