Best salads at Disney

We just returned from a two week stay at Disney. We find that vegetables are harder to come by in the world so we make an effort to eat a salad at one meal each day. We found some great new salads.

Our favorites were:

1) San Angel Inn - Ensalada Mexicana This salad is not on any of the online menus I could find. It has Grilled Chicken with pumpkin seeds, queso blanco cheese and mandarin oranges. The waiter told us that a new lady just started in the kitchen in charge of the salads and this was best of the trip.
2) Liberty Tree Tavern - Colony Salad
3) Jiko - The Jiko Salad
4) Columbia Harbor House - BLT salad

Does anyone have some other great salads suggestions we can try on our next trip?

I'm not a huge salad fan - but hands down the best salad I have ever eaten was at Yachtsman Steakhouse....it was a melon and prosciutto salad with a vanilla vinaigrette. It was so amazing, seriously good salad!

We loved the Jiko and CHH salads too....Mama Melrose has an incredible salad with pears and nuts and cheese with baby greens.

I love salads so have sampled quite a few and without a doubt the best one on Disney I had was at the "Rainforest Cafe" and that was the China Island Chicken Salad. The dressing was fabulous. I even encouraged my son to try it when we were there again in August and he agreed it is "absolutely amazing" and he is only 13. I have eaten at the Rainforest Cafe about 8 times now and this is the meal I order every time I go. Hope you get the chance to try and enjoy!!

I absolute adore the Cobb Salad at The Hollywood Brown Derby in DHS.

I've had some great salads at Citricos and Cali Grill, but they were seasonal and not always on the menu.
