My mother cannot do anything with motion or coasters. Some of her favorite rides:
Epcot: Living with the Land
AK: Safari (bumpy but should be okay for any age unless they have back issues, are pregnant, etc.)
MK: Pretty much any dark ride such as Winnie the Pooh, Small World
HS: Toy Story Midway Mania (it does spin but it's slow enough that she's fine even though she has issues with dizziness and vertigo)
Frozen has a good sized drop and is scarier than I would expect, I'd leave this one as a "maybe", it's much more intense than Pirates to me. It's quite loud, ride videos can give you a good idea.
Pirates is fine for my mom, the drop is short and you can brace yourself.
The drop on Splash isn't that bad but it's a long ride and the anticipation might be too much for some, you can see the drop from outside and judge based on that.
Soarin' is also a no for my mom because of the curvature of the screen and simulated motion (she can't to Circle Vision shows either, dizziness), it's definitely a thrilling ride and I would skip for anyone who is nervous especially about heights.
Test Track is fine for my mom but she usually skips it because it's plain jerky. Not scary though so if they can handle what feels like an uncontrollable and fast go-cart they will be fine.
Haunted Mansion is family friendly but it can be scary for kids...it was too scary for me when I was around 8 but I was also scared of Scooby Doo...
Dinosaur is too jerky and fast for my mom and I think would be a bit scary for a 6 year old as well, not crazy thrilling but I'd still consider it a thrill ride.
