Best Ride for the early morning rush?

I know at six flags the second they let you in most people rush to the rides that normally have long lines. what rides would be my best bet to hit first thing in the morning b4 the crowds come at each park? I want to see most of the major attractions in both parks in one day- might not be possible but I'm going to at least try to see some of the big ones. I want to do MIB, the Mummy Ride, Shrek 4D, the Fire/Ice coaster, and some others. thanks for ur help!

At IOA, definitely hit Hulk & Spider-Man first.

At Universal, hit Shrek, then Mummy, and then MIB.
