Flame Tree counter service at Animal Kingdom had some very good ribs.

I have not tried but I have read here on the DIS that the ribs at the Hoop de Do Revue are very good.

We don't eat ribs in WDW. Too many other things to try!

Haven't found any ribs I would classify as "good" at WDW, but Flame Tree BBQ is better than most I've tried at WDW.

Husband likes the MO JO bones at Rainforests Cafe. They don't come anywhere close to his but that he even likes them is amazing to me.

Flame Tree BBQ ribs have been pretty bad and we've given them a couple tries.

Boma has some great ribs on Tuesday and Saturday nights, usually one of our main reasons for going to Boma. Overall though, we've found the ribs at Disney to very good at best, BBQ isn't one of Disney's strong points.

Otherwise, when we want ribs, we go to Bubbalou's There's one near Universal on Kirkman.

My DH is also a big fan of the Mo Jo bones! We didn't care for the ribs at Flame Tree.

Just got back and tried the ribs at both the Flame Tree and Trails End Buffet. They were both good (not great) with the Flame Tree getting a slightly better rating. The half slab at the Flame Tree was more than enough to feed myself. Just be on the lookout for the two dozen various species of bird that will try and do a snatch and grab with your food. I swear that they were working in teams with one trying to distract me long enough to allow his buddies time to get close enough to relieve me of a rib or two.
