I love ribs! My favorite ribs were at the Flame Tree BBQ at Animal Kingdom. The ribs at POR foodcourt aren't bad either. Hoop De Doo ribs were also good. I guess I've never had bad ribs at Disney.

I 2nd the vote for Flame Tree Bar B Q. We love this place and have never been disappointed with any meal there.

DH loves the ribs from Flame Tree. Each trip to AK it's a must for lunch. Infact the Disney special on the Fod Network yesterday mentioned their ribs

Hoop Dee Doo Revue ribs were dry and chewy. (yuck) The same for the Polynesian dinner show. (yuck)

DH is a big rib fanatic and he thinks the MOJO Bones at Rainforest Cafe are delish!
