My family and I are going 11/30-12/6. We are taking my parents (54 & 55).

Could you people PLEASE recommend a restr that we can all go to that is a little above average, but not that expensive???

What is your definition of reasonable?

Beaches & Cream is reasonable to go to. They don't take ADR's and serve mostly sandwiches. It certainly isn't fancy, but the food is good. Sandwiches there are all under $12.

Now compare that to Applebee's and it certainly doesn't seem reasonable, but for Disney's prices to go and sit down and not spend more than $12 - it's reasonable.

Lunches tend to be less expensive than dinners, and breakfasts are even less expensive than lunches.

Pretty much any TS location will cost about $20 for entree alone.

At Disney, that's tricky.

Consider lunches---they are often quite a bit less expensive than dinners at many restaurants.

In the MK, Liberty Tree Tavern has a nice lunch menu that seems quite reasonable. Dinner around the MK area: perhaps Kona or the Grand Floridian cafe?

In Epcot, Rose & Crown strikes me as being pretty affordable for dinner, as does Biergarten. Lots of places have more affordable lunch menus.

Even though it's not super-cheap, I'd recommend Boma as a dinner near the Animal Kingdom.

The Plaza at MK is pretty reasonable. They have burgers and sandwiches. Recomended to make reservations.

Also keep in mind that the meals are usually quite big. My parents are usually able to splits their meal.

I agree with the lunch thing. Check out the menus and prices at allearsnet.com

I dug this out of my bookmarks.

Robinb did a wonderful spreadsheet and averaged all of the entrees, desserts and beverages for all of the TS locations at Disney.

Be careful when looking at signatures, because she based the value per credit. Because of this 2TS locations will look artificially inexpensive for those paying OOP.

We like Biergarten.

A buffet location in Germany at Epcot.

Lunch prices are better than dinner prices.

Great atmosphere, live entertainment, and dancing if you want.

Excellent point about Biergarten lunch - I failed to mention that Robin's average prices are based on dinner.

I vote for Raglan Rd, In DTD Good food resonable prices

Not sure where you are staying - but the Biergarten I think would be the best value - or also, perhaps the Cape May Buffet at the Beach Club???
