Best Restaurant to try near Times Square

I second John's Pizza- one of the top pizza places in NYC. Also, Carmine's for family style Italian.

I realize this will sound boring to most of you, but the Hard Rock at Times Square is really cool..... much better location then it used to have.

Not too far from the Times Square Disneystore is the NYC M&M store, the Toys R Us with the Ferris wheel inside, and a Pop Tart store! I have yet to see the Pop Tart store. These are fun things for kids/teens.

John's pizza, which incidentally is just down the road from Carmines, has the BEST pizza! We were thrilled with the place. Carmines is nice, but very very busy and pricey too. We enjoyed the food there. It is definitely for family not two people.

I second this, just for the unique charm of it. Waiters singing show tunes while they serve you. Not the place for a quiet meal, but reasonably priced with decent food and an interesting atmosphere.
