Best Restaurant (not in park) to eat at for a birthday celebration?

HELP!!! What restaurant would you celebrate a birthday for a spouse that is not located in a park but within the Disney resort grounds including DTD? (loves steak and lobster)

Steak and lobster? Narcoossee's, of course!

That's where I'm taking DH for his 40th birthday dinner this fall. We can't wait.

I've heard many wonderful things about birthday celebrations at this restaurant. And if you time it right, you can view the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the restaurant deck.

Want to tease a bit ?

Do 1900 Park Fair at GF.
Your spouse will get a crown (if DH) or tiara (if DW).
You get a cupcakes or you could pre-order a slipper, dog bones or mini castle for dessert.
The buffet is wonderful.
They also decorate the table with Mickey confetti.
