Me, dh and ds(7) would love some suggestions for a great place for lunch while at Epcot? We are planning on LeCellier for dinner on a different night and we have eaten at San Angel and Biergarten! Any other suggestions? We were considering Garden Grill or Coral Reef? But would love some other ideas also! TIA!

Our favorite restaurant in Epcot is Teppanyaki. Good food and entertaining. I'm sure DS will enjoy! ::MickeyMo

I've heard the chefs de france is good. I like coral reef but I've never been during lunch. You could also walk over to beach club and eat at Beaches and Cream. It's right next to the back gate at epcot. If you like chinese the Nine Dragons is good. My Dh and I ate there for lunch and it was really good. Also the bakery in France is really good and has sandwichs and quiches.

I vote marrakesh

seems many dont go there for lunch...its quiet, less crowded and delicious

We had a fantastic lunch at Garden Grill. My dd is 15 and likes the character meals but feels "too old" when we go to one. Since these are semi-circular booths, there is a real sense of "privacy" and you can't see other diners and they can't see you. This turned out to be her very favorite place. She got her character meal and didn't feel out of place at the same time. The food is very good also!

We also like Rose and Crown............actually, we like all the WS sit down establishments!

Our absolute favorite is San Angel Inn for lunch but since you have already been, we would also recommend the Garden Grill.
If you needed any other dinner suggestions, we would highly recommend the Rose and Crown (for dinner) - an outside table is perfect for viewing Illuminations:)

We had fabulous lunches at Le Cellier and Chefs de France. I also enjoyed Rose and Crown at Lunch. I was very disappointed in both San Angel Inn and Teppanyaki, but I've talked about that in other threads.

Ditto Chefs de France. I really enjoyed my lunch there. Very relaxing, a nice break in the day.

Have a fun trip.

We always have lunch at Norway's "Bakeri", although the menu is limited to fresh sandwiches, yummy desserts like "Rice Cream", lefse and frosted soft pretzels. I like the almond covered ones!!!!!!!!

We won't be able to get there in July as I'm going to have to use that lunch for Cinderalla's Slipper and Dalmation Dog Bones surprise at the Grand Floridian Cafe, but we've worked it out that we can take our pretzels to our room, (we're staying at a studio with a little fridge) and have them for breakfast!!!

Another vote for Chefs de France... we just got back from our trip and had a great lunch there. Prices are a bargain at lunch.

I personally think San Angel Inn is too dark for lunch, and I have had spotty service/food at Rose & Crown. Garden Grill is good, but I would save it for dinner since prices are about the same.

we loved nine dragon. very good entrees and dim sum(chicken and Shrimp one) was soooo good.

Another vote for Chef's de France. There's a lunch special there that makes it a real bargain.

When visiting WDW our traditional first lunch is always Nine Dragons in China . We love the food, the atmosphere, and our favorite waiter Fonze.

Don't know if you are looking for a counter service lunch, but we LOVE the Sunshine Season Food Fair in the Land. It is set up food court style...food is very good!! I had the caeser chicken salad and it was delicious...very fresh!

Our family enjoys Marrakesh. As mentioned before, never crowded, nice atmosphere, interesting entertainment and super food. You won't regret it.

My kids liked the Garden Grill-the atmoshere was neat with the revolving rest. and they liked Chip & Dale for the characters.

I would highly recommend Marrakesh. You get to eat in a palace and enjoy entertainment (a belly dancer and traditional music). In addition, the food is great and prices are much less at lunch.

We spontaneously did Alfredos last summer for lunch. It was pouring and it was the closest dry spot. We did not have a PS or anything and we were seated in less than 10 mins in a nice spot.
We really enjoyed it - I am glad we tried it.

Also Garden Grill is one I have always wanted to do - but definately make a PS for it.

We liked Coral Reef for lunch...so much that we are planning on returning in August!
