I don't know of any playground at any of the disney resorts. The MK has poohs spot in fantasyland and AK has a play area in I think dinoland. Welcome to DIS!
POR has a pretty cool playground & it is partially shaded! I haven't seen it in person yet, but CSR looks to have a good one too. I think all the moderate & up resorts have some sort of playground area
All Star Music has a playground, it's nice. CSR also has a playground, I remember seeing pix of it. I suspect that every onsite hotel probably has a playground. And being at WDW, I bet they are all nice.
I don't know about best -- but we've been to the playgrounds at the Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, All-Star Movies, Pop Century, and POFQ. They are all fine and DS liked them okay.
The best I've seen so far is at CSR. My girls like the ones at CBR...but they're older and not really much different than what we have at home. The kids have generally liked the playground at AKL...we usually stop there for playtime after a meal at Boma. I can't comment on WL since my mom took my middle child there last time while I took the baby for a nap.
The BW's playground is horrible. Always wet from the pool and not much there to begin with. Its the one thing I hate about my DVC home resort. Unless there is a playground over on the Inn side....I should check into that. The one I dislike is by the Luna Park pool.
I don't know about resort playgrounds, but there is a cool playground in MGM. When I was 3 (I'm 13 now) I LOVED the Honey I Shrunk the Audience playground.
It's made up of enlarged household (fake) items turned into slides, tunnels and other musical, fun equipment. Don't go during a busy time, and avoid the wild toddlers. This is also a great thing to do while older kids are seeing Honey I Shrunk the Audience.
I think Honey I shrunk the Audience is actually in Epcot....but the Muppets 3D is in MGM. I agree, that is a fun playground in the parks but can get very busy!
My kids 7 and 2 1/2 LOVED the playground at Fort Wilderness near the beach. The playground at POFQ was nice enough, though smaller. It is, howerever, in fun Mardi Gras colors! Also, my 2 1/2 year old just adored the water slide at POFQ. He's pretty fearless, but it seems to be a really good and not-too-scary slide, as water slides go.

I loved the AKL playground! DH and I would sit on the lounge chairs just outside of the play area drinking pina coladas while the kids played. We could see the giraffes heads just above the wall sometimes around 8pm. Here is a pic
I did not like the playground at POR. Kids thought it was boring. Sorry I didn't take a pic.
I agree with Corinnak, the water slide at PRTO is great. When I was 3 we stayed there, and I liked it more even then the actual parks, except for Magic Kingdom.
Thanks for all your posts. We're booked at Poly and it stinks that they don't have a playground. I'm sure we'll go visit some others. I've always wanted to see AKL so we'll probably go check it out.
