AKL would be perfect for a nice, relaxing, low key kind of vacation. You would experiance nice meals at the resturants there, see the animals, the gift shop is beautiful, and just sitting in the lobby is great. I love the big couches and pillows.
My other suggestion (no surprise) would be the BC. It's a very nice resort in a very convienant location (by EPCOT). You could walk around to the other Epcot resorts, there is a wide range of resturants between them all, and BC has thee awesomest pool (if your looking for that). It appears to be busier here too, and maybe you don't want that.
HAVE MUCH FUN wherever you chose.
