We're considering a trip in late Aug. when our daughter will be a few days shy of 8 mos. old. My parents and possibly one brother would also consider going with us if the price is right. We just wanted some opinions and advice for choosing a resort with her in mind. Just based on where we've stayed before our choices would be POP, POFQ with a code/deal, and OKW if we rented points. We've always gone during late Aug. because we've gotten a deal or code, plus a fabulous deal on airfare. The only way we'd stay at a deluxe is if we got a deal for around $200 a night with tax, which I think is highly unlikely!

Thanks!

the CR - because you can walk back from the MK.

that say -
Pop Century - she will enjoy the oversized ICons - you will enjoy the price.

If renting points is an option, consider a deluxe with a zero-entry pool. (I don't think any of the places you mentioned have one.) An eight-month old would be able to sit down and splash away, with supervision.

A studio at Animal Kingdom Lodge would only run you app. $90-110 a night on weekdays, if you paid $10/pt. They have a great zero-entry pool and animals! A Beach Club studio would run app. $130-140 a night -- their pool has a sandy bottom which I think a little one would enjoy and a great little kids area. Another benefit to Beach Club would be a very short walk to Epcot -- easy to pop the baby in the stroller and go.

Double that price per night if you're there on a weekend, of course. Fridays & Saturdays are roughly double the price of a Sun. - Thurs. night stay.
