best recipes for brie?

hey everyonE!


wellp... really actually hyper right now, i just got the jason mraz cd and im listening to it right now.. i give it five stars!..but then again i give five stars to everything i buy..

anywayS! my main point of this thread was to ask if anyone had any good suggestions for brie? right now i have some in the oven with walnuts and raisins.. i love cooking.. my disney mom always says its so weird how i love cooking so young...

My favorite way to eat it is at room temp with orange slices.

Hi! I like to wrap it in either puff pastry or crecent roll dough and bake it. Maybe put a little bit of butter on it hot out of the oven and some almond slivers.

Topped with cranberries and apples then wrapped in a puff pastry. It's good with raspberry jam spooned over the top and served with gingersnaps. I also do a spicy baked brie with sourdough bread. I love it any old way.
