What was the best rate you have ever gotten at a Disney resort and how did you get it?
Back in January of 2003 we paid $88 per night (plus tax) for POFQ using a code from Mousesavers.
I'm curious, I haven't planned a trip to WDW since then, does Disney still release these codes? I am planning a trip for January 2008 and I'm already starting to think about where we will stay and how to get the best room rate.

wow, that's a great rate. i am looking at POFQ in may and am trying to get a great rate too.

at the All Stars - 1 night music and 1 night sports - on priceline back in May

I was just reminicing today about back when AKL first opened, and they offered passholders a $124 savannah view rate. THOSE were the days!

$79 at AKL! We were booked on an AP rate at POR, and they had no rooms at check-in at 11 PM at night(!), so we got upgraded to AKL-- now THAT was a deal! :cool1:

5 nights at $54 w/tax a night (total $270) All Star Music for upcoming trip in Nov.

Half price, where ever we wanted to stay!!!
When my sis was a cast member!

I was happy for her when she got a better job...
I was really very happy for her, really I was.

At least she still lives in Orlando! *sniff*

$199 a night at the GF in 2000 with a code from Mousesavers. Loved it. :)

We got AKL standard view for $99 a night in Feb 05!! We had the best time there! Only time we spent more time at the hotel than at the parks :thumbsup2
