Best Rate Lately/Coming Up at POFQ?

It's a little early (I'm planning for early May 2006) but am wondering best rate seen recently or coming up for POFQ.

I tried Disney's website and it's giving me $173 a night for a standard view room. I was hoping for something around $135....does that still happen?
(I am not an AP holder)

Last time we went, we stayed at POFQ and got the unbelievable rate of $76 a night with an email pin code I got. I know I can't hope for that again, but would be happy with $135 if that's possible.

Is this just wishful thinking?

I checked yesterday and POFQ was coming up at $99 plus tax for 1/5/06 - 1/13/06. BTW that was using the AP Best Rate online.

On 7/27/05 I used the Best Rate Program and got POFQ for Dec for $94.00/night (plus tax=$104.81/night). I'm hoping it might go down some more, but if not I'm happy with the current price.

I am not an AP person and I once received a postcard code for Beach Club for 150 per night. Which I think is probably beter than an AP rate. Although it was a couple of years ago, the Beach Club was close to $400 a night at that time of year. Good luck
