Best rate ever gotten for OKW 2 bedroom thru CRO?

Just trying to get a ballpark figure for a co worker that is interested in a 2 bedroom villa for 8. I assume OKW is the least expensive and wondered about what it rents for? I know season makes a difference, but just thought I could get an idea. I am not sure he would feel comfortable renting points thru a DVC owner.

We paid $289 last January with the room-only discount, the rack rate was something like $545.

We were thinking about doing this for our May trip. I want to rent points for the weekdays but those weekend nights get EXPENSIVE. This would be great if they had the discount.
