My husband loves pork belly and for our upcoming trip in April he wants to go on a quest for “best pork belly” at Disney World. If anyone out there wants to share thoughts, he will definitely consider your suggestion!

Usually there'll be a food booth at Food & Wine and Flower & Garden Festivals that has something with pork belly.

Outside of those, no idea. I thought maybe Epcot's Nine Dragons TS but nothing on the menu using it.

I've a fabulous recipe for braised pork belly if you're up for a several hours long project. Makes it so tender you can easily eat the skin! Message me if you'd like it. Requires some Japanese ingredients like mirin and dashi.

I've only had the pork belly at FF on the Boardwalk and it was amazing! I've heard the "bacon and eggs" at SH71 is really good too!

Steakhouse 71's bacon and eggs has tons of fans. Personally, I didn't really care for it, but then I don't like pork belly that much - the texture weirds me out. But people rave about that dish, so if you like pork belly I'd say it's a good option. They also put a slice of pork belly on their smash burger, which I do really enjoy.

Nomad lounge, Steakhouse 71 lounge, and HBD (BLT sliders, so not JUST pork belly) lounge all have pork belly if you want to try some without the time and expense of a full meal. Steakhouse 71, Flying Fish, and Citricos have it on the regular menu. They're all very good, though different. I really like pork belly and get it when I can.

I should also add to make sure to look at the current menu whenever you go, because they can change whenever they want. A PP said Wine Bar George, but I don't see it on the menu that I'm looking at (we're thinking about trying this place next trip) right now.

It's practically everywhere. We adore the bacon and eggs at Steakhouse 71.

I don't know if it's still on the menu, but Tiffin's had the best pork belly I've ever had. I think it was an add-on to a vegetarian option. So tender you almost didn't need a knife.

DH and I both loved this!

Bacon and Eggs at SteakHouse71 is my personal favorite. Also a big fan of the pork belly at Flying Fish. Can't go wrong with either in my opinion.
