Which Disney Resort has the most fun pool in your opinion?? And cleanest??
Also, has anyone done any pool hopping at other resorts??

IMHO, Stormalong Bay at the BC/YC/BCVs.

We love the Dig Site at the CSR. Pool hopping is not allowed (only at the All Stars and the new POR/POFQ can use each others pools).

The Volcano pool at the Polynesian is also very nice and has a great theme.

The pool at the BC/YC, shared by both resorts. I too think it is the best pool on property.

Yes, we have pool hopped many times since we are DVC members.

These ratings are from my DS (13), the pool expert. His least favorite pools are Fort Wilderness (he says the pool at our house is better), Saratoga Springs (too shallow) and he says the pools at the Values are boring because there's no slides.

I really, really like the High Rock Springs pool at SSR. It is great for parents to keep an eye on kids, while they enjoy zero depth entry, squirty fountains, a big slide and little slide, waterfall, splashground and 2 jacuzzis. The area is compact so you have a good view from many areas, close to food and bathrooms and even has a pool bar. We also like Luna Park at Boardwalk for the same reason. SAB is super, but not if you are keeping an eye on multiple kids who think they are better swimmers than they are!
