Are the fixin's bars at Pecos and Cosmic about the same?

No, they are different. Cosmic focuses on just burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, etc.) but Pecos has toppings you would use for a taco salad as well.

I like Columbia Harbour House for lunch. Sometimes if I'm in the mood for a burger for lunch I'll go to Pecos Bills instead.

For Dinner I love Cosmic Rays. Chicken and Rib combo are yummy and only served at dinner.

I liked Be Our Guest for lunch. I'll definitely do that again too. Since I normally spend 2 days at MK, it's nice to have some choices.

Love Taco Salad so that might win. I usually do Cosmic Ray's for a filling lunch but will try Pecos this time.

I like to make LUNCH the most filling on my Magic Kingdom day and as a value finder I liked Ray's fixing's for filing out the meal a bit.
I eat a hearty lunch, then go watch Tiki, Philharmonic, or a couple other such sit-down shows while I digest, then I can wait longer and have a light dinner. Lunch is the most affordable meal to fill up on ;-)

Just back & we tried Pecos for the first time this trip - LOVED IT! You can't beat the topping bar & we liked their selections. DD really liked their chili.

Columbia Harbor House is ALWAYS on our list - DD loves the clam chowder. (Only problem is it is always served steaming hot so we have to ice it down for her or we finish eating before hers is cool enough to eat.)

Also tried the Sleepy Hollow chicken waffle sandwich this trip - not exactly healthy but definitely one of my favorite WDW indulgences from now on.

DH is a hot dog guy, so he stops at Caseys every trip.

We liked BOG's menu, but only stopped for desserts the day we were there.

There are tons of good options at MK. some of my favorites include:
- Be Our Guest - no-brainer. decently priced and delicious, and I like going for lunch because I don't have to worry about reservations
- Casey's Corner - love the theming and feel of this place! Delicious hot dogs and good prices. It's fun to go in and get dinner and then plop yourself on the curb while you wait for the fireworks.
- Tony's Town Square - This one gets a bad rap all the time but I have had nothing but good experiences at Tony's. the food is basic Italian but very good, and if you ask nicely you might be able to get a parade view table for dinner!
- Crystal Palace - a must-do if you're a fan of Pooh and friends. I've eaten there for breakfast and dinner and was not disappointed by either!
