Best places/areas for deals on souvies

Hey bargain shoppers!
I keep reading about people buying stuff for their kids before they leave at Target or the dollar store to save money on souveniers.
However we are going on our honeymoon and we're technically not kids (physically, however everyone is a kid at Disney!). I'm not going to skip getting souveniers and we're not renting a car so we're limited to the parks and DtD. (we've saved up just for souveniers and such)
So bargain shoppers....... where are the best deals? Any shops with an area of clearance/marked down stuff? I know there was a cheap souvie place in DtD but I've heard it is different and more expensive now.
I'm, excuse me, WE are most interested in t-shirts, scrpabook stuff, ornaments for xmas and snow globes.

If you don't have a car, there are other options available.

1. Go to DTD, cross the street and catch a free shuttle to a factory outlet mall.

2. Go to the TTC (MK) and catch a Lynx (publictransit) bus $2.00 to Osceola Mall, Florida Mall, Walmart, Target, or the Premium factory outlet mall.

In the DTD area, we love the World of Disney store. In the middle section you can find reasonably priced pens and keychains. I like to get some kitchen items as well - a daily reminder at home of my trip to WDW! They usually have a deal when you buy a certain amount you can buy a blanket or bag for a special price.

I also love to shop as Basin and get the MM soaps. I can cut the bar into a few sections and make it last a little longer!

I never knew about the free shuttle to the outlet mall, I learn something new everyday on the DISboards!

You can still "splurge" at WDW, as long as you will reuse it, then it is worth the price. A few years back with my 3DS, we bought milkshakes in a souvenir glass - something we can use over and over at home.
