For the first time in a long while I let my AP lapse and I plan to buy a new one at the beginning of my September trip. I currently have a 10 day park hopper attached to my Free Dining package and want to upgrade on arrival.

Which Guest Services desk do y'all think would be the least of a problem noonish on a Saturday? It's a MNSSHP night and I know from experience that I want to avoid the MK. I was thinking Hollywood Studios? I'll be traveling from Pop and do not plan on going to a park.

Thanks!

Take your pick.
You could also choose Epcot or DAK.
If you are going to Disney Springs, the Guest Relations "Welcome Center" is very beautiful and
comfortable (but, often busy.)
Like many things at WDW, its simply the luck-of-your-timing.

Thanks, unless I hear differently my plan will probably be hop on the first non-MK bus that pulls up. I guess I was kinda hoping for a "There's never a line at......" scenario

I have used the international gateway at Epcot. But you would need uber /cab to go to BC to get there. I have never had more than a person or 2 in line there, always good and quick.

If not there, any of the other parks are fine. If this is after Pandora opens then I would skip AK as well.

Right now, there is never a line at the new ticket office located next to hall of presidents.. It's new, nobody knows about it yet.

I was going to say the same thing
Also OP are you sure there is a party? Usually MNSSHP are not on Saturdays (but MNSSHP days often are less busy days at MK anyway since daytime guests have to leave at 7 and have no fireworks/castle show to watch.)

We walked up to the ticket booth at Animal Kingdom on the Friday of Presidents' Weekend and had zero wait. It was about 11AM, I think. Probably just luck of the draw, but it took about 5 minutes to upgrade to AP from our hopper passes.
