Best place to sit for Soarin?

What's the best place to sit for Soarin? It used to be in the front so you didn't have to see the dangling feet, but I've heard that the video gets warped now from that viewpoint. Any insight?

all seats to me are good except for the ones to the far right or left.

The center section (left to right) is best for keeping down distortion. The front goes the highest, and no dangling feet, but I think middle is also a good choice. I never liked the back though. Bear in mind, if you are on one of the left or right sections, depending on if you are going to sit closest to center or furthest from center, the distortion will change a lot. So, even if you are not Gate B, you can still have a good view if you are (I believe) last in the line to board.

If you're in Gate A, you want to be one of the first to enter. If in Gate C, you want to be one of the last. (However, I've found that there is some of the distortion even at the outer edges of the center section.)
I'm pretty sure that rule of thumb applies to all three concourses. I started an extensive thread on this a few months ago, and then verified it during my January trip. (I'm the one who preferred the very front corner of row C1, rather than being in B1)

Ah, thanks for keeping that straight. I only loaded from B1 both times this past trip and couldn't remember the exact order. I had the perfect center seat for my first ride.
