Best Place to Sell Rare Pins??

Hi! I have decided to sell some of my pin collection which includes many rare and hard to find pins and I was wondering where the best place to sell them was? I have many rare Cats and Haunted Mansions and Pooh's that I don't want to put on auction so I need ideas.

To be honest the only place to get the real value for your pins is on ebay .. there are disneyana shows from time to time, but 99% of the pin collectors go to ebay to find these pins ..

I have bought many pins on eBay....but not any rare ones.

I would go with eBay. Be sure to describe very well, possibly refer to the PinPics number and have a link so they can see the number of wants to number of willing to trade. If you don't feel comfortable with a low starting price you can set up a fairly high reserve.

An example of this is about a week and a half ago someone put up a Dreamfinder with Figment bronze LE 150 statue on eBay with a starting price of $1,000 and it had no bids. A couple of hours after it closed it was relisted with a starting price of $250 and a reserve (which turned out to be $1,000) and it sold for that amount.

Someone approached me recently and told me i had a rare tinkerbell pin, i'm not sure if she was right and if i am willing to sell it unless it's really worth it. does anyone know what my tinkerbell pin with black hair ribbon could go for or if it is really rare at all?

If it is this pin it is on PinPics showing 72 members trading and 108 members wanting. That would be an indication of a decent but not very high value (probably less than $40.)
