Where do you all think the best (quality plus value) place to make a photobook is? I want to make one for my DD to take with her to college (way too far away from home).

I have made two of them recently. I used picaboo.com. I found it very easy and I just learned how to add embellishments. I love it. They can be pricey but I have found Groupons and it seems like they always have some deal going. I think it's 40% off photo books right now, but I could be wrong.

I'm really into photography and love Shutterfly books. In the past I've tried Mixbook, Snapfish, Shutterfly and Blurb. By far, Shutterfly is my favorite. I get better deals through them using multiple codes and ordering when their photobooks are 50% off.

I used to use Snapfish because you could get free ones through MyCokeRewards but the print quality is not very good- all of my pictures came out underexposed. I didn't like the quality of the Mixbook one- skintones looked a little too pinkish/orange (anyone who had a tan looked like they should have been on Jersey Shore) and the paper felt noticeably different than Shutterfly. I had a groupon so I figured I'd try them out and it actually ended up being more expensive than Shutterfly even with the groupon. Blurb was alright but I didn't like that I had to download their software and could only work on the book from one computer.

Shutterfly has a Valentine's Day sale going on right now and there's almost always a free shipping code out there. Their shipping usually runs a week shorter than they quote, and their customer service has been amazing everytime I used them. :thumbsup2

Voting for shutterfly. Lots of codes out there and they often have sales. I've done 2 and thought the quality was really really good. I was pretty happy with the final product.

Shutterfly is my fave of the value sites!! If you're just looking for something to remind her of home, I think they'd be perfect!

Shutterfly. Right now they have up to 50% off photo books. And free shipping over $30 orders. So maybe you can order some prints or something to get your order up to $30 if it's not already.

Ordered a book for parent's 50th Anniversary party photos & it turned out great! I have also ordered coffee mugs, etc. & they were great.

I've also tried several other, including Snapfish and Picaboo, but I prefer Shutterfly's books. I love their photo quality and bindings. I do try to wait for a sale.

Shutterfly by far! Best quality I've found. I do use Snapfish as well but I much prefer Shutterfly.

Shutterfly for sure. And they are having an amazing sale right now! Even if you miss this one, just make your book adn then stalk the internet for coupon codes. You want one for at least 30% off before you order! Have fun! I love making photo books!

I have used picaboo and mixbooks and have been very happy with both. I was not happy with snapfish.

I will have to try shutterfly next.

I too think shutterfly has the best print quality. They run sales alot.. plus check ebay for gift cards. I just bought a $500 gift card for $350. I do a ton of books, but that should last me thru the year. :thumbsup2

I used Adorama to make my photo book of the cruise I took. They did a great job, it came out great.

Another vote for shutterfly. I've used both shutterfly and snapfish. Shutterfly's quality is far better than snapfish. There are often sales and coupon codes available.

I use a site called artscow. They are great!!! I have used all the other ones and artscow's quality is just a great if not better. The best thing about them is the coupon codes for free items!!!:cool1: I get free book codes all the time and all you have to pay is shipping which is usually around 7.99 for one book!! That beats shutterfly's 30.00 per book!!!! If you pm me your email address I would be happy to send you an invite to the site. When you sign up you will get about 1200 free prints and tons of other great stuff!!! almost everything I have ordered I have only paid for shipping. and I have ordered alot books, prints pillow covers coasters, ect...

I am looking through your GORGEOUS books. We just got home from our very first trip this afternoon and I'm already planning my book in my head. But I ran across yours and I just have to know where you got all the backgrounds and cute embellishments!

If you wouldn't mind sharing I'd be so appreciative :)
